Megan Lizotte (she/her) is a self-proclaimed data nerd with a passion for using analytics to drive progressive political change and build capacity for the future. With over ten years of experience in the field, she understands that the right data, harnessed in the right way, is essential to creating more strategic and effective campaigns. 

As Data Director, Megan is responsible for creating strategic plans and objectives that support both Scale for Change’s organizational goals, as well as the goals of each respective client or campaign. Megan cut her teeth in politics with the Michigan Democratic Party—first as a Finance Assistant and ultimately as the Data Director—where she learned to effectively incorporate data collection, management, and analysis into field programs to achieve optimal results. Her experience with, and expertise in, both data and fundraising enable her to drive innovation, experimentation, and data-informed decision making across the organization.

Megan holds a B.S. in political science from Grand Valley State Univeristy (go Lakers!). In addition to crunching numbers, Megan’s interests include organizing à la The Home Edit, binging true crime podcasts, and being a Swiftie.
