I started as a canvasser in Cleveland, Ohio in early 2016. From then, I've worked my way up through various roles. I've worked within so many communities and built bonds within each and every one of them. I've met several of my professional mentors and made lifelong friends. I've learned and experienced what it means to come together to work, fight, lose, grow, and win. I've learned how to lead, collaborate, and develop invaluable technical skills.Autumn Watt Former Deputy Data Director

In 2014, I began working as a Canvasser for COG [for the] Governor's Election in Florida.” “COG allowed m to work with an organization that not only supported causes that I care about but also led from within with how they treated their people. “I was supported, empowered to learn across the organization, and given the space to enjoy the work.” I have built both lifelong connections and skills that I still take full advantage of to this today.Lakeisha Chandler Former Training Manager
